Community Service Officers or LSMs are employed by the Libraries to facilitate and monitor the closing of the Libraries buildings. LSMs will report to the Libraries exactly one hour before closing and stay for an additional hour after closing. During this time the LSMs will make the necessary arrangements to close and secure each building.
